If you can access Timalia, you can permanently delete your account from the app:
- Open Timalia and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the notice, wait five seconds, and confirm Delete account.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, email us from the Google email address associated with your Timalia account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting it.
timalia@alexisgvrcia.devData that will be deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and Google sign-in identifiers.
- Your profile information.
- Your medications, schedules, and intake history.
- Your patient-caregiver links and access permissions.
- Your device tokens, notification records, and generated summaries.
Data that is not deleted
Deleting your account does not delete another person's account or health data. If you are a caregiver, your links and access are removed, but each patient's own data remains in their account. Messages or notifications already delivered to another device or email inbox cannot be recalled.
Deletion and retention
Deletion through the app takes effect immediately after confirmation. Email requests are completed after account ownership is verified. Deleted account data is removed from Timalia's active database and cannot be restored. Limited information may be retained only when required for legal or security obligations and only for the applicable period.
Before you continue
Signing out or uninstalling Timalia does not delete your server account. Use one of the methods above if you want your account and associated data permanently deleted.
